League of Pumps store screenshots: ranked push-ups, the camera grading a squat, and badges
About the project

An AI-powered fitness app. The phone camera uses on-device machine learning to judge push-up and squat form in real time, and a ranking and leveling system lets users climb ranks as they train.

What it does

The camera counts push-ups and squats and judges each rep's form, so reps only count when you earn them. Training feeds a ranking and leveling system: users climb ranks as they train.

The camera-judging mechanic

Form detection runs on the device with Google ML Kit, judging each rep in real time. The HUD and UI animations are built with Rive.

Design to release

Full stack and solo — Figma design → React Native app → ML Kit form detection → Supabase, Next.js and Docker backend → published on Google Play.
